Watched “Batman, Gotham Knight” with my son. It’s an animated storyline by six different writers, set between the timelines of the recent Christian Bale movies, with the voice of Kevin Conroy as Batman.
When I first put this in my DVD player, I was already judgemental since the prior animated versions had nothing to do with the last two live action movies. This DVD to me was one of the best ‘tie ins’ I’ve seen since ‘The Matrix’ franchise. If you haven’t seen “Dark Knight” yet, I’d recommend getting your hands on one. Click the image to get yours.

I never got past Adam West ……….
A lot of people didn’t. I didn’t see the syndicated reruns of that series until after I’d become a DC comics fan, so the series looked actually pretty dumb to a young teenager.
Conroy’s voice is a good continuation throughout much of the franchise. Too bad they couldn’t get him in a live action voice over, with the entire movie without any scenes of Bruce Wayne…just Batman doing his thing…it’s a concept.
